CAYUGA, Ind. — Lauren O’Neill had 10 kills and four blocks as the Covington volleyball team beat North Vermillion 25-9, 25-7, 25-11 in Wabash River Conference action on Thursday.
Holly Linville had six kills and three aces for the Trojans, while Nai’a Pettit had five kills and four aces and Karsyn Engle added 30 assists.
The Trojans are 7-3 and will host Parke Heritage on Tuesday.

TERRE HAUTE, Ind. — Anna Stanley had seven kills and a ace, but the Vikings lost on the road.
Hallee Thomas had 16 assists and a block for Danville, while Kaitlyn Loewenstein had eight digs and a ace.

WEST LEBANON, Ind. — Kiley White had 12 kills and 26 digs but the Patriots lost 25-19, 25-19, 14-25, 21-25, 15-13 to the Wolves.
Avery Cole and Emily Shrader each had seven kills for Seeger, while Macie Kerst-Merriman had six kills, Riley Shrader had five kills, Paige Leonard had 30 assists and Jorja Hudson had 37 digs.
The Patriots drop to 4-5 overall and 1-2 in the WRC.

VEEDERSBURG, Ind. — Alexis Griffin, Reagan Oswalt, Stella Jones and Larissa Bowers each had four kills, but the Mustangs lost 25-13, 25-20, 25-14.
Lillie Fishero had three aces and six assists for Fountain Central, while Trinity Lindquist had two aces and six assists and Marley Massey had 14 digs.

DANVILLE — Rance Bryant shot a 42 as the Hilltoppers beat out Westville at Cissna Park at Harrison Park Golf Course.
Gabe Huddleston and Mark Lukas each had a 43 for Schlarman Academy, while Jack Giraourd had a 47.
Jack Duensing had a 46 to lead Westville, while Kenny Clrkston had a 49 and Ty Williamson and Donnie McMasters each had a 57.

COVINGTON, Ind. — Meghan Beyer shot a 49 as the Patriots beat Lafayette Central Catholic at Rivercrest Golf Course.
Kaylee Kerr and Jude Hunter each had a 52 for Seeger, while Kaylee Brasker added a 59.

DANVILLE — Joel Menez had three goals as the Knights got past the Hilltoppers.
