Payton Small had seven kills and three aces for the Cornjerkers, while Ali Watson had seven kills, Sadie Drayer had three aces and Brielle Crose had nine assists.

Alli Farnsworth had seven kills and five blocks for Bismarck-Henning/Rossville-Alvin, while Sarah Story had three kills and three aces, Sophia Rome had 10 digs, Ashlynn Griffin had eight assists and two aces and Saddie Penrod had nine assists.
The Blue Devils are 12-7 and 7-1 in the Vermilion Valley Conference.

MILFORD — Camley Mowrey had 12 kills and three blocks as the Bearcats beat the Cardinals 25-23, 25-22.
Kaylee Warren had 25 assists for Milford, while Maya McEwen had four aces and Lexy Puetz had seven digs.

WEST LEBANON, Ind. — Kiley White had 13 kills, two blocks and 17 digs as the Patriots beat Southmont 21-25, 25-17, 25-18, 25-22.
Riley Shrader had 10 kills, three blocks and 18 digs for Seeger, while Avery Cole had seven kills, Paige Leonard had 29 assists and Jorja Hudson added 27 digs.

VEEDERSBURG, Ind. — Reagan Oswalt had 10 kills, 13 digs and four blcoks as the Mustangs won 25-19, 25-17, 25-19 in senior night.
Alexis Griffin had five kills, 10 digs and five aces for Fountain Central, while Marley Massey had 20 digs, Trinity Lindquist had 17 assists and nine digs
Seeger sweeps WRC meet
ROCKVILLE, Ind. — The Patriots’ boys and girls teams would cruise to team victories at the Wabash River Conference meet.
Kolton Pearson won the boys race for Seeger in 18 minutes, 11 seconds with teammates Nathan Hennessey in third (18:30), Ethan Hernandez in fourth (18:33) and Thomas Odle in fifth (18:41).
Fountain Central was second with Carson Pietrzak in second (18:22) and Kyle Mellady in sixth (18:51), Covington was fourth with Blake Bova taking eighth (19:05).
Jennifer Romero led the Patriots in the girls race with a top time of 19:02, teammate Allison High was second (20:22), Libby Smith was third (20:34) and Nataleigh Yarborough took fourth (21:50).
Covington’s Bailey Duncan was fifth (22:09), Fountain Central’s Tyler Bowling was sixth (23:2) as the Mustangs took second as a team and Rachel Hazelwood had the highest finish for North Vermillion in 28th (30:06).
Martinez, Davis tops at meet
OAKWOOD — Bismarck-Henning/Rossville-Alvin’s Gabe Martinez had the fastest time in the boys race with a time of 19:29 in a triangular meet with Armstrong-Potomac and Oakwood-Salt Fork.
The top girls finisher was Grace Davis of OSF, whohad a time of 21:58. Marshall Gudauskas had the highest time for the A-P boys at a 20:25, while Lexi Darby had a 23:49 for the BHRA girls and Caitlyn Crozier had a tiem of 25:13 for the A-P girls.

ROSSVILLE — Drew Reifsteck had two goals and two assists as the Blue Devils shutout the Hilltoppers.
Cameron Douglass had a goal and a assist for Bismarck-Henning/Rossville-Alvin, while Keanu King, Evan Walworth, Ethan Hickman and Logan Hall each scored a goal and Andrew Tingley and Gary Huls each had a assist. Huls and Murphy McCool combined for eight saves in the win.
Liam Underwood had 10 saves in goal for Schlarman Academy.
The Blue Devils are 17-0 and 7-0 and will wrap up the regular season on Thursday against Hoopeston Area.

OAKWOOD — Colin Merritt scored the lone goal of the game as the Comets got past the Buffaloes.
Brady Tevebaugh had the assist and Aaron Dean had one save in goal for Oakwood/Salt Fork, who are 6-13-1.
Issac Hughes had nine saves in goal for Georgetown-Ridge Farm/Westville.

CRAWFORDSVILLE, ind. — The Mustangs’ season ended in the first round of regional action as they were shutout by Terre Haute South.
Fountain Central ends its season at 11-5.

Geo-RF to honor 1994 team
GEORGETOWN — Georgetown-Ridge Farm High School will celebrate the 25th anniversary of the 1994 state runner-up football team on Oct. 18.
The players, cheer squad and administration for the team will be honored at halftime of the game between the Buffaloes and Oblong.
