Saturday, 12:29 p.m. — At North Vermilion and Voorhees streets involving Sandra Billingsley, 44, of Hoopeston, and Shereke Watson, 33, of Danville. Billingsley was cited for driving without insurance and disobeying a traffic control device.

Sunday, 11:58 a.m. — In the first block of East West Newell Road involving Justin Rice, 33, of Hoopeston, and Fred Gallion, 61, of Bismarck. Rice was cited for failure to yield. Gallion was taken to Carle Foundation Hospital in Urbana for treatment.

Sunday, 7:15 p.m. — At Ridgeview and North Jackson streets involving Deanta Crenshaw, 17, of the 500 block of East Main Street, and Hilary Cerutti, 24, of Danville. Crenshaw was cited for failure to yield.

Sunday, 8:58 p.m. — At Illinois Route 9 and County Road 990E involving John Williams, 45, of East Lynn. He was cited for failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident and leaving the scene. Williams was taken to Carle Hoopeston Regional Health Center for treatment.

Monday, 9 a.m. — At North Jackson near Prospect Place involving Natae Lyle, 33, of the 1000 block of Shasta Drive, and Christina Martin, 23, of Danville. Lyle was cited for failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident and driving without insurance.

Monday, noon — At South Gilbert and Fourth streets involving Judith McIntyre, 57, of Tilton, and Shirley Montgerard, 54, of Georgetown. McIntyre was cited for failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident and driving without a valid driver’s license.

Monday, 2:27 p.m. — At Illinois Route 1 and Potters Woods Road involving Samuel Rouse, 22, of Hoopeston. Rouse was cited for failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident.

Monday, 5:28 p.m. — At North Vermilion and Fairchild streets involving Janelle Reese, 24, of Indianola, and Terry Winslow, 41, of Georgetown. Reese was cited for failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident.

Monday, 7 p.m. — In the 1700 block of Georgetown Road involving Whitney Weaver, 27, of Georgetown. Weaver was cited for failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident.

Monday, 7:15 p.m. — On eastbound Interstate 74 at the 207 ½ mile marker involving Hamdi Abudayya, 30, of Catlin. Abudayya was cited for driving without insurance.
