CRIS Healthy-Aging Center has a great need for volunteers to deliver meals to Danville residents.
CRIS is recruiting volunteers for the Adopt-A Route Program. Volunteers will be a part of delivering more than 1,500 meals to home-bound seniors in the Vermilion County area.
Each route takes about one hour to complete. Volunteers can choose to deliver meals on Tuesdays or Fridays. Volunteers are needed by Feb. 1.
Service clubs and churches are especially desired to take on this project as their community service.
