Mr. and Mrs. Thomas Prall

— Thomas Prall and Dawn Carmin were united in marriage on Dec. 29 at St. Elizabeth of Hungary Church in Denver, Colo. The Rev. Chrysotrom Frank and the Rev. James E. Grunden officiated.

The bride is the daughter of William and Dorothy Carmin of Denver. She works as a foreign service officer with the U.S. Agency for International Development, and is stationed in Kiev, Ukraine.

The groom, formerly of Westville, is the son of David and Patricia Prall. He works as community liaison officer with the U.S. Embassy in Kiev.

Maid of honor was Shelly Carmin of Arvada, Colo., friend and sister-in-law of the bride. Bridesmaids were Amelia Findley of Scottsdale, Ariz., Jodi Spiro of Salt Lake City, Utah, Pui Kalyanimitra of Denver, Tara Lundgren of Denver and Loosineh Markarian of Yerevan, Armenia, all friends of the couple.

Best man was John Prall of Weldon, brother of the groom. Groomsmen were Jeff Carmin of Arvada, brother of the bride; and Gauge Makemson of Weldon, Kenny Gilbreath of Westville, Eric Lutzens of Denver and Joe Murdoch of Lakewood, Colo., all friends of the couple.

The reception was held at Artwork Network in Denver. Disc jockey was Brock Noxon and photographer was David Isham.

After a honeymoon in Hawaii, the couple returned to Kiev.
