— University Place Christian Church in Champaign was the setting for the April 21, 2012, wedding of Hannah Marie Sutton and Christopher Neil Fatheree. Tim Cary performed the ceremony.
The bride is the daughter of Lois Sutton of Rossville and the late Travis Sutton. She is a 2004 graduate of Rossville-Alvin High School and a 2008 graduate of the University of Illinois in Urbana-Champaign.
The groom is the son of Bobette and Larry Stotts of Bement and Greg Fatheree of Springfield. He is a 2002 graduate of Springfield High School and is employed for Southern Wine & Spirits of Illinois.
Maids of honor were Hayley Sutton of San Francisco, Calif., and Mara Sutton of Rossville, both sisters of the bride. Bridesmaids were Michaela and Mackenzie Atchie, both of Rossville and cousins of the bride, and Lena Fatheree of Bloomington, sister of the groom. Flower girl was Mattie Kennel of Gifford, cousin of the bride.
Best man was Tom Brown of Springfield, friend of the groom. Groomsmen were Dustin Horner of Springfield, Lucas Patterson of Riverton, and John Furry and Derek Taylor, both of Springfield, all friends of the groom. Ring bearer was Cody Brown of Auburn, friend of the groom. Ushers were Kenny Van Dorn of New Berlin, friend of the groom, and Travis Lappin of Rossville, cousin of the bride.
Reception was held at the Refinery in Champaign.
After a honeymoon to Maui, Hawaii, the couple resides in Riverton.
