Sixth-rated Attica rolls past Clinton Central

Staff Report

ATTICA, Ind. — A 34-point first quarter was more than enough for the sixth-rated Attica Red Ramblers.

Kara Harmeson scored all 10 of her points in first eight minutes as Attica cruised past the Clinton Central Bulldogs 83-29 in a prep girls basketball game on Monday night.

Senior Ashley Mitton finished with a double-double of 18 points and 12 rebounds to go along with five steals, while Harmeson had four steals to go along with her 10 points. Also scoring in double figures was Karrah Pattengale with 12 and Kaley Sosnowski finished with 10.

The Red Ramblers (14-0) are idle until next Monday’s game at Rockville.
