After beating Salt Fork on Friday, the Westville boys basketball team did not suffer a letdown on Tuesday, defeating Georgetown-Ridge Farm 57-27.
Jeffrey Thompson had 18 points to lead the Tigers, who was up 26-16 at halftime and outscored the Buffaloes 31-11 in the second half, while Layn White had 14 and Robert Elliott and Kyle Brazas each had seven.
Aaron Scott led the Buffaloes with 11 points, while Kyle Coburn had six and Garrett Martin and Dylan Cosat each had four.
Georgetown-Ridge Farm will start Vermilion County Tournament action on Saturday against Oakwood while Westville will take on Armstrong-Potomac on Saturday.
Salt Fork 61
JAMAICA — Ross Leanard had 20 points as the Storm defeated the Comets.
Max Stutsman had 19 for Salt Fork, who had a 28-25 lead at halftime and a 41-36 third quarter lead, while Cole Taylor had nine points and Alec Dutton added eight.
Kyle Elliott had a game high 21 for Oakwood, while Parker Lee had 11, Andrew Curley had 10 and Skyler Slade added eight.

Hoopeston Area 41
MILFORD — Josh Killion had 15 points as the Bearcats had a 29-8 halftime lead and kept it against the Cornjerkers.
Jeff Cann and Alex Portwood each had 14 for Milford, while Jake Rogers had 11 points and 10 rebounds.
Mason Layden led Hoopeston Area with 17 points, while Daniel Lawson had seven, Chase Bouse had six and Joe Warner added five.
The Bearcats will take on Watseka on Friday while the Cornjerkers will play Bismarck-Henning in the first day of the Vermilion County Tournament on Saturday.
ARMSTRONG — Wilde Garowski had 18 points as the Blue Devils cruised past the Trojans.
Austin Toler and Chase Connelly each had 14 for Bismarck-Henning while Andy Bott and Brad Walsh each had six.
Wade Rogers had 16 for Armstrong-Potomac while Blake Davis had 15 and Shawn Johnson added eight.
The Trojans will play Iroquois West on Thursday.

CHRISMAN — Sarah Ellis had 17points, but the Cardinals were behind 24-14 at halftime.
Shelby Warner had 14 points and 11 rebounds for Chrisman, who drops to 3-16 and will play Hoopeston Area on Thursday.
Mustang girls still undefeated
VEEDERSBURG, Ind. — Hannah Gayler and Clare McGrady each won two events as the Fountain Central girls team went to 11-0 for the season with a 109-74 win over Lafayette Central Catholic.
Gayler won the 100yard freestyle (1 minute, 6.49 seconds) and the 100 backstroke (1:13) while McGrady won the 200 freestyle (2:08) and the 100 breaststroke (1:13) for Fountain Central, while Shelby Gulley won the 500 freestyle (6:29).
In the boys meet, Joe Nine and Kale Freeman also won two events but the Mustangs lost 86-80.
Nine won the 200 (2:07) and the 500 (5:54) freestyle races while Freeman won the 50 freestyle (28.04) and diving (153.85 points) while Clayton McGrady won the 100 freestyle (1:05).
BISMARCK — Tyler Posey (138 pounds) and Jared Noel (170) won by pin for the Blue Devils, but lost out to the Rockets.
Garrett McCalla (113), Justin McCalla (145) and Morgan Supergan (285) each won by forfeit for Bismarck-Henning.
North Putnam 30
ROACHDALE, Ind. — Noah Navarre (106 pounds), Coty Coon (132), Gabe Cortapassi (145) and Karson Allen (195) won their matches as the Trojans defeats North Putnam.
Wyatt Kinderman (152), Toby Howard (170), Nick Ratcliff (182) and Dalton Hardy (220) won by forfeit for Covington, who will compete in the Wabash River Conference Tournament on Saturday.
FEDERAL LEAGUE HOCKEY
DAYTON, Ohio — The Dashers was only down 5-4 after the second period, but the Demonz pulled away in the third for the win.
Jonathan Juliano had two goals and an assist for Danville, while Michael Jordan, Craig Cole and Ryan Stern scored one goal. Henry Coxe had two assists while Stern, Dustin Skinner, Chris Affinati and Kevin McCready each had one assist.
Justin Sand had 23 saves for the Dashers, who will play the 1,000 Islands Privateers on Thursday.
