Patsy May Pasquale-Jones


DANVILLE — Patsy May Pasquale-Jones, 67, of Danville passed away at 7:45 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 23, 2013, at Provena United Samaritans Medical Center in Danville.

Patsy was born Dec. 16, 1945, to Joseph and Ernestine (Dietz) Pasquale in Danville. Her daughters, sisters and brothers were by her side as she passed.

Patsy is survived by her significant other, Kenny Mcqueen; daughters, Tammy Anderson of Danville, Cindy (Brian) Carnaghi of Tilton, Lisa Boen of Danville and Paula Hillery of Danville; grandchildren, Ashley, Natasha, Tabitha, Cassidy, Elyse, Dalton and Sara; nine great-grandchildren; brothers, Roy, Rick, Jimmy and Timmy Pasquale; sisters, Sandy Schackmann, Lottie Pasquale and Susie Haton; and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents; grandsons, Joshua and Dustin Zigler; brother, Bob Pasquale; and sister, Shirley Davis.

A graduate of Danville High, Patsy devoted her life to raising her family. An avid cook, her kitchen was open to anyone who was hungry. Patsy loved baking chocolate cakes for her daughter’s birthdays. She enjoyed her Tuesday nights with her special friends, singing and dancing, Christmas day, looking after all the pets in the neighborhood and spending time with her family.

A celebration of Patsy’s life will begin at 8 p.m. Friday, March 1, at Sunset Funeral Home in Danville with Pastor Miles Clark officiating. A private entombment will take place at a later date in the Swan Court Mausoleum Chapel in Sunset Memorial Park in Danville. A visitation will be held prior to the service from 4-8 p.m. Friday, March 1, 2013, at Sunset Funeral Home and Cremation Center, A Life Celebration Home in Danville.
