RIDGE FARM —

She graduated from Ridge Farm High School in 1935. She worked for four years at F.W. Woolworth, Danville, in charge of the drug and cosmetic department.
She married Robert F. Busby, a farmer, on Feb. 18, 1940, at Ridge Farm Federated Church (now the United Methodist Church). They moved to their rural Indianola farm in 1941.
After the death of her husband, she lived a few years in Ridge Farm before she and her daughter Judy moved to Madison House Assisted Living in Cortez, Colo., in July 2011 to be near family.
