Emma Jean, July 6, 1922 – Nov. 3 2012, was born in Bismarck, reared in Rossville and died peacefully in Palos Hills, Ill., at the age of 90.
She was the beloved daughter of Hiram and Grace (Tilton) Armantrout (Rossville), who preceded her in death. Also preceding her in death were her husbands, Walter Linck (Danville), Andrew Rosner (Chicago); sisters, Felma Novasel, Elma Workman; and brother, Scott Armantrout.
She is survived by Henry Larsen, her loving husband of 55 years; four children, Barbara Linck Marlatt; Lori, Lana and Henry C. Larsen; four granddaughters; three great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
She was a resident of Palos Hills and Naples, Fla. A memorial service will begin at 11 a.m. Nov. 17 at All Saints Lutheran Church, 13350 S. LaGrange Road in Orland Park, Ill. A service in Naples, Fla., will be held at a later date.
