BRAZIL, Ind. — Jerry Russell Mace, 61, passed away unexpectedly Monday, May 5, 2014, at St. Vincent Clay Hospital in Brazil.
He was born on March 13, 1953, in Brazil to Russell Earl and Hazel Mace.
Jerry was a Brazil High School graduate, and earned an associate’s degree from Vincennes University. He was the director of marketing and technology for Covington Foods and enjoyed motorcycles, cooking and working with computers.
Jerry was preceded in death by his parents; and his wife, Debra Mace.
Survivors include sons, Joe Mace, Brazil, Ind., and Jeremy Mace, Brazil, Ind.; sisters, Rita Jane Sneath, Brazil, Ind., Linda Joan Brown, Center Point, Ind.; and grandchildren, Kyleigh Mace, Madeline Mace, Cullen Mace, Gavin Mace, Haley Mace, Noah Mace and Kyler Mace.
A graveside service will begin at 1 p.m. Saturday at Maple Grove Cemetery in Clay City with Pastor Rich Laskowski officiating. Online condolences may be expressed at www.moorefuneralhomes.com.
