TULSA, Okla. — Joan Camp, 45, Tulsa, Okla., passed away Monday, June 16, 2014, at St. John Medical Center after a courageous battle with cancer.
Joan was born May 30, 1969, in Danville to John Camp and Susan Graves.
She completed her education and earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Oklahoma. Joan was an Air Force veteran. She was a 15-year employee of St. John Medical Center, most recently as a radiology manager.
She could make you laugh and smile when no one else could.
Survived by: son, Jacob, and girlfriend, Christie; parents, Susan and John Peeler, Hayes, N.C., and John Camp and Lora Palmer, Armstrong; grandmother, Marge Camp; sister, Garla Allen; nephews, Dalton and Brody Allen; stepsiblings, Alinda, Elissa and Tony; aunts, uncles and cousins; best friends, Angel Askins and Preston Childress.
