TILTON — Ellen Catherine “Cathy” Baldwin, 61, of Tilton, went to be with the Lord on Thursday, Sept. 19, 2013, at home.
Services will begin at 11 a.m. Monday, Sept. 23, at Pape Funeral Home, 10 E. Williams, Danville St., Danville, with Pastor Gary Parrill officiating. Visitation will be 10-11 a.m. Monday at Pape’s. Burial will be at Oakhill Cemetery in Danville.
She was born on Nov. 25, 1951, in Danville, the daughter of Bruce and Ruth (Taylor) Campbell.
Cathy was raised in Covington, Ind., and attended Covington schools. She loved horses, crossword puzzles, watching Westerns, playing Bingo, family gatherings and playing Yahtzee.
Cathy is survived by two daughters, Sandie (Mike) Shaw and Toni (Jason) Watson. She is survived by one son, Richard (Chillie) Clarkston Jr., 16 grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren. She is survived by three sisters, Elizabeth (Lanny) Moore, Linda Dodson and Marilyn (Merle) Maple. She is survived by a special cousin, Robert Taylor. She is also survived by very dear friends, John and Ruth Ann Reed, John and Terri Smoot, Deb Haun and a special cat, Tazz.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Richard Baldwin; one son, Robert Baldwin; parents, Bruce and Ruth Campbell; brothers Harvey and Charles Owen Campbell. Guest register: www.papemortuary.com.
