---- — Marjorie Pribble, 88, of Danville and formerly of Georgetown, left this life at 10:35 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 11, 2014, at North Logan Health Care in Danville.

Graveside services will begin at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, Jan. 15, at Georgetown Cemetery with Gary Farris and David Anderson officiating.

Marjorie was born April 21, 1925, in Fairmount to Henry Harlan and Mary Lee (Goodwin) Vinson.

She attended Fairmount grade school and high school, and later worked at Kresgie’s Dime Store and Williams Home Supply in Westville.

Marjorie was a longtime member of Georgetown Nazarene Church, and was a Sunday school teacher there for many years. More recently, Marjorie had attended First Church of the Nazarene in Danville. Marjorie was an avid reader, enjoying historical books of any kind and the Bible.

Marjorie married Donald Lee Pribble Sr. on Oct. 3, 1943, in Covington, Ind., and the two shared over 67 years of marriage before Don’s passing in October 2010.

Marjorie leaves behind her son, Don (Marie) Pribble Jr. and three grandchildren, Edward, Jeffrey and Troye Stonich. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, three sisters and one brother.
