---- — Patricia Ann Rainboth, 85, of Danville, passed away at 6:55 a.m. Wednesday, Dec. 18, 2013, in hospice care at Hawthorne Inn in Danville after a long struggle with cancer.

A funeral Mass will begin at 11 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 21, at Holy Family Catholic Church, 444 E. Main St. in Danville, with the Rev. Loftus officiating. Visitation will be from 9-10:30 a.m. Saturday at Pape Family Funeral Home, 10 E. Williams St. in Danville. Burial will be in Resurrection Cemetery.

Patricia was born on Feb. 26, 1928, in Danville to Herman and Laura (Jenkins) Radliff.

She attended Danville schools and Danville High School.

Patricia married Walter Rainboth on Aug. 14, 1948, at St. Patrick’s Catholic Church in Danville. He preceded her in death on Nov. 26, 1997.

She is survived by her four children, Walter J. (Allison) Rainboth Jr. of Berlin, Wis., Mary (David) Wernick of Danville, Joseph Rainboth of Champaign, and Margaret (Chuck) Ferrell of Rantoul; her grandchildren, Stacy Vice, Lauren Ganley, Audrey Ainsworth, Lindy Ferrell, Brennen Ferrell, Andrew Ferrell, Catherine Rhoades, Sharon Wernick and Christopher Wernick; and great-grandchildren, Michael and Patrick Ganley, Elizabeth McMahon, Maddy Vice and Knox Ainsworth.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband and her brother, Joseph Radliff.

Patricia worked at Bell Telephone Company and was a homemaker for many years. She was a member of Holy Family Catholic Church. Patricia liked to garden, quilt and do crossword puzzles. She was a past member of Vermilion Valley Quilters and Roselawn Garden Club. She loved spending time with her grandkids and great-grandkids. She loved doing arts and crafts with them and playing card and board games. She will be greatly missed by all.
