Beverly Greenwood Al-Masri of Omaha, Neb., formerly of Danville, Ill., passed May 11, 2008.
Beverly was a graduate of Danville High School, DACC, and the University of Nebraska Lincoln. She also enjoyed singing and was a member of the Greenwood family singers and a Division of Up with People Choir, Danville, Ill. She currently was a manager of World Wide reservations Merriott Reservation Center, Omaha Neb.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Oliver and Margaret Greeenwood, one sister and two brothers.
She enjoyed friends and family and was a lifelong member of Allen Chapel A.M.E. Church, Danville, Ill.
Survived by brothers, Oliver Jr. (Ethel) Greenwood, Baton Rouge, La., and Michael (Dorothy) Greenwood, Las Vegas, Nev.; sisters, Anna Mary Wanza, Danville, Ill., and Barbara Jean Greenwood, Danville, Ill.; several nieces and nephews; Fiancé, Larry Algood, Omaha, Neb.
Services were held for Beverly in Papillion, Neb., with Presiding Elder Tyson Parks officiating. Interment: Cedar Dale Cemetery, Papillion, Neb. Memorials to the Nebraska Kidney Association.
