Dean Noel “Coach” Baker Sr.

— Dean Noel “Coach” Baker Sr., 75, of Sebring, Fla., died April 26, 2008. Born in Danville, Ill., he moved to Lake Placid, Fla., in 1992. He retired from the Dade County School System as a guidance counselor and athletic coach. He was of the Christian faith. He is survived by his loving wife of 42 years, Delores; daughters, Debra Williams, Dinah Lunsford and Brenda Hettmansberger; sons, Dean Jr., David, Douglas, Darren, Neil and Greg Hettmansberger; 12 grandchildren and three great-grand children.
A private service celebration his life was held for the family. In his memory, the family suggests donations to Good Shepherd Hospice, 4418 Sun ‘N Lake Blvd., Sebring, FL 33872. Arrangements entrusted to Scott Funeral Home, Lake Placid.
