DANVILLE — Here’s a look at recent law enforcement calls:

Incidents reported to police include:



Residential burglary in the unit block of South Collett Street. A Wii, Xbox, Playstation 3 and three video games were taken.


Assault at Lincoln Lanes, 107 W. Harrison St.

Disorderly conduct in the 700 block of Sherman St.

Theft of medication in the 3600 block of North Vermilion Street.


Battery in the 200 block of Forrest Street.

Domestic battery in the 1600 block of East Fairchild Street.

Disorderly conduct at Meade Park Elementary School, 200 S. Kansas St.

Theft in the 2100 block of Corrine Street.

Medical assistance in the 900 block of East Seminary Street.

Medical assistance in the unit block of Brewer Road.

Theft in the 160000 block of Potters Woods Road.

Retail theft at Kmart, 2721 N. Vermilion St.

Disorderly conduct in the 800 block of North Logan Ave.

Residential burglary in the 200 block of Tennessee Street.

Theft in the 1200 block of East Main Street.

Possession of cannabis, 30-50 grams, in the 600 East Fairchild Street.

Death investigation in the 15000 Boat Club Road.

Possession of cannabis at Clay and Chandler streets.


Domestic battery in the 1200 block of North Franklin Street.

Vermilion County


Domestic battery in the unit block of Brooks, Westville.

Disorderly conduct in the 300 block of County Road 1130E, Indianola.

Accidents involving tickets or injuries include:

Wednesday, 12:37 p.m. – At South Bowman Avenue and South Street, involving Kimberly M. George, 26, of the 100 block of Indiana Street, and Monique S. Ford, 32, of Danville. George was cited for failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident.
