DANVILLE — Here’s a look at recent law enforcement calls:



Theft in the 700 block of West Woodbury Street.

Theft reported along Freeman Street.


Disorderly conduct in the 2800 block of East Main Street.

Battery in the 1000 block of Glenwood Drive.

Battery in he 900 block of Wakley Drive.

Property damage in the first block of South Virginia Avenue.


Theft in the 500 block of North Gilbert Street.

Theft in the 1100 block of North Walnut Street.

Burglary in the 600 block of North Logan Avenue.

Vehicle burglary in the 1200 block of North Griffin Street.

Theft from a vehicle in the 2800 block of East Main Street.

Vermilion County


A vehicle theft in the 100 block fo East Attica Street, Rossville.


Disorderly conduct in the first block of Arlington Drive.

Theft along County Road 2550N.

Fraud and unauthorized use of a credit card in the 200 block of Colvert Street, Oakwood.

A man arrested for violating terms of his bail bond in the first block of Parkview Court, Hoopeston.

A man arrested for domestic battery and unlawful use of a weapon in the 800 block of Lawndale Avenue, Tilton.

A man arrested for domestic battery in the first block of Maplewood Drive.

Accidents involving tickets or injuries include:

Saturday, 12:21 p.m. On North Vermilion Street near Shady Lane involving Lisa Dodd, 34, of the 500 block of South Street. She was arrested for DUI.

Sunday, 4:13 p.m. At English and Walnut streets involving Mark Bolden, 63, of the 900 block of North Griffin Street, and Jerry Crippin, 53, of Danville. Bolden was cited for disobeying a stop sign.

Firefighters responded to the following calls:

Tuesday, 9:50-10:09 a.m. A medical call in the first block of South Oregon Avenue.

Tuesday, 11:11-11:47 a.m. A gas leak reported at Fairchild and Martin streets.

Tuesday, 6:38-6:54 p.m. A medical call in the 100 block of Kentucky Avenue.

Tuesday, 7:36-7:54 p.m. A medical call in the 1000 block of Koehn Drive.

Tuesday, 8:23-8:47 p.m. An illegal burning at 502 Sidell St.

Tuesday, 11:03-11:34 p.m. A medical call in the 900 block of Lewis Lane.

Wednesday, 1:50-2:31 a.m. A public assist in the 900 block of Lewis Lane.
