Fountain commissioners OK health insurance

COVINGTON, Ind. — Fountain County Commissioners will continue the employee health insurance through the self-funded HCC Life, but chose an option with an optimum transplant amount.

Will go to the county council for $28,000 for an additional appropriation for the ambulance department to pay for part-time help.

Will go to the county council for $80,700 from the riverboat funds for road work at the new ambulance building.

Approved an ordinance establishing an American Disabilities Act coordinator and setting up a grievance procedure.
