Property damage in the 100 block of Bremer Street.

Vehicle burglary reported at Walmart, 4101 N. Vermilion St.

Disorderly conduct in the 900 block of North Gilbert Street.


Retail theft at Dollar General, 300 W. Fairchild St.

A man arrested for resisting arrest and on a warrant in the 100 block of Kentucky Avenue.

Burglary in the 200 block of Lahr Street.

Burglary in the 400 block of Chandler Street.

Vehicle theft in the 14800 block of Baltic Drive.

Aggravated discharge of a firearm and property damage at Nevada Avenue and Griffin Street.

Garage burglary and theft in the 1000 block of Giddings Street.

A $50 counterfeit bill reported at Mach 21, 510 N. Gilbert St.

Attempted burglary in the 100 block of Delaware Avenue.

A woman arrested for financial exploitation of the elderly, forgery, deceptive practice and theft in the 2400 block of North Vermilion Street.

Theft and forgery reported in the 14000 block of West Clingan Lane, Westville.

Home repair fraud along County Road 2550N.

Burglary in the first block of Prairie Drive, Bismarck.

Accidents involving tickets or injuries include:

Thursday, 3:12 p.m. — At East Voorhees Street and Wabash Avenue involving Sloan Anderson, 27, of Catlin, and Alexander Bianco, 28, of Danville. Anderson was cited for failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident.

Firefighters responded to the following calls:

Thursday, 10:01-10:14 a.m. — A medical call in the first block of North Alexander Street.

Thursday, 10:07-10:20 a.m. — A false alarm at Danville Area Community College, 2000 E. Main St.

Thursday, 3:38-3:47 p.m. — A medical call in the 100 block of Kentucky Avenue.

Thursday, 4:52-5:05 p.m. — A medical call in the 200 block of Newell.

Thursday, 5:11-5:28 p.m. — Burning food on a stove at 21 Indiana Ave.

Thursday, 5:26-5:39 p.m. — An illegal burning at Nevada Avenue and Virginia Avenue.

Thursday, 6:21-6:42 p.m. — Smell of gas reported in the 1200 block of North Jackson Street.

Friday, 1:23-1:39 a.m. — A medical call in the 3200 block of Independence Drive.

Friday, 1:42-2:26 a.m. — Smell of gas reported in the 1200 block of North Jackson Street.
