DANVILLE — Here’s a look at recent law enforcement calls:

Danville

Friday:

Deceptive practice reported in the 1600 block of Edgewood Drive.

Burglary in the 100 lock of Warrington Drive.

Saturday:

Two reports of property damage in the 400 block of North Walnut Street.

Theft in the 1200 block of Garden Drive.

A lawnmower stolen in the 1100 block of Martin Street.

Burglary in the 300 block of Porter Street.

Theft at Family Dollar, 1228 E. Main St.

Property damage in the 300 block of Chandler Street.

Sunday:

A woman arrested for retail theft at Walmart Supercenter, 4101 N. Vermilion St.

Domestic battery in the 1000 block of Belton Avenue.

Two women arrested for retail theft at Buffalo Wild Wings, 3101 N. Vermilion St. One also was charged with possession of a controlled substance.

A man arrested for disorderly conduct in the first block of Green Acres.

Vermilion County

Saturday:

Retail theft at Dollar General, Oakwood.

Reckless driving reported in the 100 block of Dolak Street, Westville.

Domestic violence in the 200 block of Jefferson Street, Westville.

A woman arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia in the 200 block of East Hegeler.

Theft in the 200 block of Brentwood Drive, Tilton.

A man arrested for disorderly conduct in the 2500 block of Georgetown Road.

Sunday:

A vehicle stolen in the 300 block of East West Street, Georgetown.

A woman arrested for domestic battery in the 500 block of North Main Street, Fithian.

Accidents involving tickets or injuries include:

Saturday, 11:10 a.m. At U.S. Route 150 and Avenue G involving Brook Hicks, 17, of the 900 block of Cunningham Street, and Tommy Phillips, 78, of rural Danville. Hicks was cited for failure to yield.

Saturday, 6:46 p.m. In the 2700 block of North Vermilion Street, involving Don Davis, 65, of the 3500 block of North Vermilion Street, and Aaron Frye, 21, of Oakwood. Davis was cited for failure to yield.

Saturday, 11:25 p.m.At Seminary Street and Junction Avenue involving Sheri Benschneider, 47, of the first block of Griggs Court, and Tami Brazill, 26, of Danville. Benschneider was cited for failure to yield and improper lane usage.
