DANVILLE — Here’s a look at recent law enforcement calls:

Danville

Wednesday:

Burglary in the 600 block of Griffin Street.

Deceptive practice in the 100 block of Devonshire Drive.

Possession of cannabis at Giddings and May streets.

Thursday:

Disorderly conduct and property damage in the first block of East Main Street.

A man arrested for burglary at Walmart Supercenter, 4101 N. Vermilion St.

Possession of drug paraphernalia in the 500 block of West Fairchild Street.

Battery in the 1200 block of North Gilbert Street.

Domestic battery in the 600 block of North Bowman Avenue.

Two women arrested for retail theft and possession of drug paraphernalia at Dollar General, 100 N. Griffin St. One woman also was charged with possession of cannabis and possession of a controlled substance while a man was also arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia.

Domestic battery in the 600 block of Harvey Street.

Burglary in the 500 block of North Bowman Avenue.

Property damage and domestic battery in the 2200 block of North Vermilion Street.

Domestic battery in the 1100 block of Fowler Avenue.

Vermilion County

Thursday:

A man arrested for retail theft, disorderly conduct and  criminal damage to property at the Oasis, Oakwood.

Vehicle damaged in the 100 block of West Wilson Street, Henning.

Disorderly conduct along County Road 1200N, Westville.

Theft in the 500 block of Brown Road.

Battery in the 100 block of Rhea Street.

A man arrested for disorderly conduct in the 500 block of South Olmstead Street, Oakwood.

A man arrested for criminal damage to property and intimidation in the 1300 block of Woods Street, Westville.

A woman arrested for aggravated battery in the 500 block of South Second Avenue, Hoopeston.

Theft in the 400 block of Ferndale Avenue, Tilton.

Deceptive practice reported at Hill’s Auto Sales, Catlin.

A woman arrested for domestic battery in the first block of Park Court, Hoopeston.

Firefighters responded to the following calls:

Thursday, 9:07-11:02 a.m. A structure fire at 911 N. Jackson St.

Thursday, 10:37-10:51 a.m. A medical call in the 1200 block of Freeman Street.

Thursday, 12:03-12:13 p.m. A medical call at the Public Safety Building, 2 E. South St.

Friday, 4:23-4:33 a.m. A medical call in the 300 block of North Vermilion Street.
