DANVILLE — Presence United Samaritans Medical Center’s north entrance will be closed temporarily beginning Tuesday, due to an exterior renovation project. The north entrance, primarily used for staff, as well as public access to the cafeteria and ground level conference rooms, faces Fairchild Street. It will be closed during construction, which is expected to last into the first quarter of 2014.
During this time, signs will be posted to direct pedestrian traffic to the east entrance, which will reopen at that time. Minor work will continue in the vicinity, but the entrance will be open.
During the next two weeks, crews will be around the campus installing new directional and identification signage, reflecting the new name and logo for Presence. For more information, visit presencehealth.org/unitedsamaritans.
