Chair support is offered to safely perform a variety of postures designed to increase flexibility, balance and range of movement. Restorative breathing exercises and final relaxation will promote stress reduction and mental clarity.

The class is free to members of the YMCA. Non-members may qualify to become SilverSneakers members through select insurance plans. To see if you qualify, call Teresa at 442-0563, extension 14, or stop by at 1111 N. Vermilion St.

The church invites anyone who had a loved one who attended the church to participate. The display will be built March 30 and displayed on Easter day, March 31.

Flowers must be ordered at least one week before Easter. People can order them from the church or purchase their own and bring them to the church March 30. Whichever option people choose, they must call Margie Gaffney at 733-2779 to reserve a space.

Flowers can be picked up on March 31st or April 1 and taken home or to the cemetery.
