Project Success of Vermilion County Inc. will sponsor Summer Fun at Georgetown Park from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Tuesdays and Thursdays July 9-Aug. 13
This year’s program will meet in the John Sliva building, which is the green building next to the playground at the Georgetown Park.
The program is free and open to sixth- through 12th-grade students. High school students who attend will gain leadership skills through planning and helping with activities.
New students can sign up anytime Tuesday or Thursday at the park. There is no attendance requirement. Students who have already participated in a Project Success summer program during June do not need to complete a new enrollment form. Lunch and snacks will be provided each day. Transportation is provided for field trips only.
Some activities will include: field trips to the pool and spray park; relays; competitions; water games; cookie decorating contest; games; prizes; and more. For more details, call 822-2580.
