Gallery opens new exhibit

DANVILLE — The Alley Gallery has a new exhibit through July 14. The Gallery, located at 113 N. Vermilion S.  in the rear of the Crose Insurance Agency, will feature the work of three photographers.

The exhibit, “The Naked Truth; the Nude in Fine Art Photography,” examines how photographers Craig McGonigal, David Nolan and Dr. Ian Wang view the same subject in vastly different ways.

There will be an opening reception from 6-9 p.m. May 11 at the Gallery. During the reception, the photographers will talk about their various approaches to the nude and will answer questions in a panel forum.
