Head Start enrolling kids

COVINGTON, Ind. — The Head Start Division of the Community Action Program of Western Indiana is accepting applications for the 2013-2014 school year.

Head Start is a free, federally funded child and family development program for preschool age children and their families that meet income guidelines. Head Start offers services to meet the educational, health, nutritional and social needs of the child and his or her family. Head Start is fully inclusive for children with disabilities.

Head Start serves preschool age children in the Benton, Boone, Fountain, Montgomery, Parke, Vermillion and Warren counties in west central Indiana.
