Saturday, 6:48 a.m. — At East Seminary and North Collett streets involving Brittney S. Ure, 22, of the 500 block of North Collett and Chad Kennedy, 38, of the first block of Columbus Street. Ure was cited for driving under the influence of alcohol and illegal transportation of alcohol. Kennedy was cited for not having a valid driver’s license. Ure and a passenger, Kristopher Grotts, 29, of the 500 block of Collett, were treated at Carle Foundation Hospital in Urbana.
Sunday, 2 a.m.— On County Road 2000 North near Woodbury Hill Road involving Mark R. McKinzie, 44, of the 400 block of North Gilbert; his car missed a curve, went into a ditch and landed on its top. He was cited for failure to report an accident to police and failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident.
Monday, 10:41 a.m. — At Fairchild and Hazel streets involving Michael Smith, 40, of the 1200 block of Clarence and Natavia Powell, 21, of Veedersburg, Ind. Smith was cited for disobeying a traffic control device, and Powell was cited for operating an uninsured vehicle.
