Burglary in the 500 block of Porter Street.

Theft in the 100 block of Bremer Street.

Thursday:

Property damage in the 900 block of North Vermilion Street.

Forgery in the 1400 block of North Bowman Avenue.

Armed robbery at the Hair Cuttery, 2603 N. Vermilion St.

Robbery and aggravated battery in the 600 block of North Logan Street.

Mob action reported in the 2400 block of Cannon Street.

A man arrested for disorderly conduct in the 700 block of North Vermilion Street.

Theft at Discount Tobacco Warehouse, 501 N. Vermilion St.

Friday:

A man arrested for reckless driving and DUI in the 1200 block of East Winter Avenue.

Vermilion County

Wednesday:

Burglary and trespassing along County Road 1100E, Indianola.

Thursday:

Burglary along County Road 2000N, Fithian.

Vehicle burglary and theft in the 17600 block of Highland Park Road.

Theft along County Road 2300N, Fithian.

A man arrested for two counts of forgery in the 300 block of West Lincoln Street, Hoopeston.

Burglary along County Road 1830E, Hoopeston.

Friday:

Burglary in the 300 block of North Iroquois Street, Rankin.

Accidents involving tickets or injuries include:

Aug. 17, 2:23 a.m. — At 1632 Georgetown Road, Tilton, involving Jeremy Crouche, 20, of the 600 block of East 13th Street. He was arrested for DUI.

Wednesday, 3:13 p.m. — At the intersection of County Road 1800E and County Road 2400N involving Kathlynn Carson, 19, of Rossville. She was cited for failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident.
