Ag issues to be discussed

CAYUGA, Ind. — Agricultural outlook for 2014 meeting will begin at 8:15 a.m. EST Friday, Nov. 22, at the Vermillion County Fairgrounds. A free breakfast will be served.

Deadline to register is Tuesday. Contact Purdue Extension at (765) 492-5330 or e-mail cox119@purdue.edu.

There will be information and discussion about various agricultural topics, including strategies for marketing this year’s crops. The program is free to the public and is designed to help farmers, land owners, input suppliers, and those interested in agriculture make better business decisions in the coming year.

The program will be presented by Corinne Alexander, Purdue University agricultural economist.
