Retail theft at Mach One, 510 N. Gilbert St.

Criminal damage in the 100 block of North Beard Street.

Telephone harassment in the 1500 block of East Fairchild Street.

Theft in the 100 block of North Griffin Street.


Theft in the 1700 block of Murray Clark Road.

Domestic battery in the 400 block of Elmwood Park.

Criminal damage to property in the 200 block of East Fairchild Street.

Retail theft at Burlington, 2927 N. Vermilion St.

Criminal damage in the 2500 block of East Main Street.

Attempted residential burglary in the 1200 block of Garden Drive.

Domestic battery and criminal trespassing in the 900 block of Hubbard.

Driving while license revoked and fleeing and eluding in the 300 block of West Williams Street.

Burglary to business at Dixie Pit Stop, 445 N. Vermilion St.


Possession of cannabis in the 100 block of South Crawford Street.

Two men charged with mob action, home invasion and criminal trespassing and two additional men charged with mob action and home invasion in the 900 block of Belton Avenue.

Aggravated arson and criminal damage to vehicle in the 500 block of Virginia Street, Westville.

Theft in the 6600 block of Old Dam Road, Georgetown.

Criminal sexual assault in the 1800 block of Monroe, Tilton.

Domestic battery in the 400 block of South Market Street, Hoopeston.


Motorcycle stolen at Brunswick Bar, 207 W. Main St., Westville.

Accidents involving tickets or injuries include:

Wednesday, 7:42 a.m. – At State and Kelly streets, Westville, involving Joseph R. Guggemos, 17, of the 14500 block of Perrysville Road, Danville, and Zachary A. Tate, 23, of Danville. Guggemos was cited for failure to yield at an intersection.
