DANVILLE — Here’s a look at recent law enforcement calls:

Danville

Wednesday:

Retail theft of an item costing $11.42 from Dollar General, 1405 N. Bowman Ave.

Battery in the 600 block of Dearborn Street.

Burglary to a vehicle in the 600 block of South Buchanan Street.

Theft of mail in the unit block of West Liberty Lane.

Thursday:

Domestic battery in the 400 block of North Beard Street.

Criminal damage to a vehicle off 1735 East Road.

Danville male arrested in connection with aggravated domestic battery in the 500 block of Collett Street.

Danville female arrested in connection with retail theft at Sears, 2917 N. Vermilion St.

Theft in the unit block of Highland Shore.

Domestic batty in the 400 block of Palomino Drive.

Today:

Male arrested in connection with domestic battery in the 1000 block of Chicago Avenue.

Vermilion County

Thursday:

Residential burglary in the 1300 block of King Street in Tilton.

Accidents involving tickets or injuries include:

Thursday, 3:26 p.m.At Jackson and Seminary streets involving Lola Jean Craft, 84, of the 400 block of South Forrest Street, and Tammy J. McCarty, 54, of Oakwood. Craft was ticketed for failure to yield at an intersection.
