Incidents reported to police include:

Danville

Wednesday:

Criminal damage/medical assist in the unit block of Lake Street.

Assault in the 700 block of Commercial Street.

Domestic battery in the unit block of Ohio Street.

Theft of a television in the 600 block of East South Street.

Tail gate valued at $300 taken off a vehicle in the 1000 block of East Main Street.

Theft of a cell phone in the 300 block of Robinson Street.

Thursday:

Domestic battery in the 100 block of Wisconsin Street.

Domestic battery in the 700 block of Oak Street.

Criminal damage to property in the unit block of Columbus Street.

Retail theft in the 800 block of North Vermilion Street.

Danville male arrested in connection with criminal damage in the 1800 block of Perrysville Road.

Vermilion County

Thursday:

Criminal damage in the 400 block of West 14th Street in Georgetown.

Stolen vehicle, a 1999 green Chevy Blazer, in the 300 block of East Scott Street in Fairmount.

Lost/stolen Louisiana truck license plate in the 100 block of East Fleming Street in Catlin.

Criminal trespass in the 400 block of Chandler Street in Fairmount.

Accidents involving tickets or injuries include:

Thursday, 11:15 a.m. – At East Madison and North Jackson streets involving Linda M. Snyder, 65, of Terre Haute, Ind., and Lora M. Barnes, 41, of Danville. A passenger in Barnes’ vehicle reportedly received minor injuries. Snyder was ticketed for disobeying a stop sign.
