A man arrested for criminal trespassing in the 900 block of Wakley Drive.

Deceptive practice in the 1200 block of East Main Street.

Two women arrested for retail theft at Kohl’s, 3707 N. Vermilion St.

Burglary at Claire’s in the Village Mall, 2917 N. Vermilion St.

Burglary at Deb’s in the Village Mall, 2917 N. Vermilion St.

A man arrested for disorderly conduct at Main and Collett streets.


A man arrested for obstructing justice at North and Walnut streets.

A man arrested for resisting arrested and obstructing justice at Gilbert and Townsend streets.

Domestic battery in the 900 block of Harmon Street.

Shooting investigation in the 900 block of Belton Avenue.

Vermilion County


Domestic battery in the 22300 block of State Line Road, Bismarck.

Criminal trespassing along County Road 1530E.

Garage burglary along County Road 2750N, Potomac.

A man arrested for domestic battery in the 400 block of East Collett Street, Oakwood.


Domestic battery in the 200 block of Barbara Drive, Oakwood.

Domestic dispute in the first block of Champaign Street, Belgium.

Accidents involving tickets or injuries include:

Wednesday, 3:10 p.m. At 121 S. Gilbert St. involving Anthony Stonebraker, 45, of the 100 block of Greenwood Cemetery Road, and Franklin Bolton II, 50, of Danville. Stonebraker was cited for failure to yield.

Firefighters responded to the following calls:

Thursday, 12:31-12:43 p.m. A medical call in the first block of Beard Street.

Thursday, 12:47-1:04 p.m. A medical call in the 1300 block of East Main Street.

Thursday, 1:27-2:21 p.m. A vehicle accident with injuries at North Vermilion Street and Winter Avenue.

Thursday, 1:37-1:42 p.m. A water flow alarm at Village Mall, 2917 N. Vermilion St.

Thursday, 6:20-6:28 p.m. A trash fire at Garfield Park, 820 N. Griffin St.

Thursday, 8:34-8:44 p.m. A good intent call at 807 Timberline Drive.

Thursday, 9:08-9:34 p.m. A Dumpster fire at East Fairchild Street and Redden Court.

Thursday, 9:57-10:19 p.m. A medical call in the 600 block of Pixley Street.

Friday, 3:09-3:20 a.m. A medical call in the first block of South Kansas Avenue.

Friday, 3:26-3:51 a.m. A medical call in the 900 block of Belton Avenue.

Friday, 4:28-4:38 p.m. A medical call in the 500 block of Bowman Avenue.

Friday, 5:14-5:52 p.m. A medical call at Veterans Affairs Illiana Health Care System, 1900 E. Main St.
