Tuesday, 11:29 a.m. — At Poland Road and North Bowman Avenue involving Karen Bahls, 64, of Cayuga, Ind., and Edward Means Jr., 66, of the 1100 block of Skyline Drive. Means was cited for failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident.
Wednesday, 10:57 a.m. — At North Vermilion Street and Liberty Lane involving Anna Smith, 30, of the 100 block of East Winter Avenue, and Kevin Anfield, 61, of Danville. Smith was cited for failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident and not having a valid driver’s license.
