DANVILLE — Here’s a look at recent law enforcement calls:

Danville

Tuesday:

Theft and property damage in the 400 block of Harmon Street.

Wednesday:

Domestic battery in the first block of Columbus Street.

Discharge of a firearm in the 1200 block of Garden Drive.

Disorderly conduct in the 400 block of Robinson Street.

Theft at Danville Polyclinic, 707 N. Logan Ave.

Trespassing in the 900 block of Lewis Lane.

A woman arrested for criminal trespassing and resisting arrest at Hazel and North streets.

Domestic battery in the 500 block of Harmon Street.

Thursday:

Burglary in the 1200 block of Garden Drive.

Burglary in the 1200 block of North Walnut Street.

Possession of cannabis and drug paraphernalia in the 600 block of South Gilbert Street.

Vermilion County

Wednesday:

Shed burglary in the 1100 block of Cleary Street.

Battery in the 900 block of South State Street, Westville.

Battery in the 300 block of Western Avenue.

A woman arrested for possession of methamphetamines in the 800 block of East Main Street, Hoopeston.

Domestic battery in the 200 block of North Iroquois Street, Rankin.

Domestic violence in the 200 block of East 12th Street, Georgetown.

Accidents involving tickets or injuries include:

Tuesday, 11:26 a.m. — At North and Franklin streets involving Jeanette Hall, 71, of the 900 block of North Franklin Street, and Anna Bridges, 77, of Danville. Hall was cited for failure to yield.

Tuesday, 2:44 p.m. — At Griffin and English streets involving Henry Stephens, 57, of the 900 block of Garfield Place, and Katelynn Ellermets, 20, of Danville. Stephens was cited for improper overtaking.

Wednesday, 8:11 a.m. — Near 22177N 900E, rural Oakwood, involving Justin Glass, 27, of the 600 block of Sherman Street. He was cited for driving with a suspended/revoked driver’s license.

Firefighters responded to the following calls:

Wednesday, 8:57-9:07 a.m. — A medical call at Danville High School, 202 E. Fairchild St.

Wednesday, 12:35-12:50 p.m. — Bad ballast reported at Turk Furniture, 200 N. Vermilion St.

Wednesday, 5:07-6:25 p.m. — A power line arcing at Hill and Commercial streets.

Wednesday, 5:43-5:54 p.m. — A false call at New Focus, 1703 N. Bowman Ave.

Wednesday, 6:01-6:22 p.m. — Food on a stove at Wolford Apartments, 9 E. Harrison St.

Wednesday, 8:28-8:52 p.m. — A medical call in the 3800 block of Sonny Lane.

Thursday, 12:35-12:43 a.m. — A power line arcing at East Main Street and Bowman Avenue.
