DANVILLE — Here’s a look at recent law enforcement calls:

Danville

Sunday:

Christmas lights stolen in the first block of Park Street.

A window broken in the 200 block of South State Street.

Monday:

Theft of mail reported at the Danville Post Office, 303 N. Hazel St.

Property damage in the 600 block of East English Street.

Burglary at Bratland’s Prescription Shop, 8 E. North St.

Property damage in the 500 block of North Crawford Street.

A man arrested for domestic battery in the 400 block of Harmon Street.

Theft at Depke Gas and Welding, 628 E. Williams St.

Theft from a vehicle in the 300 block of North Gilbert Street.

Vermilion County

Saturday:

Property damage in the 400 block of West Lake Boulevard.

Monday:

Theft of copper along County Road 3550N, Rossville.

Deceptive practice reported in the 100 block of South Lakeview Avenue.

Accidents involving tickets or injuries include:

Monday, 9:05 a.m. At North Bowman Avenue and East Fairchild Street involving Kelly Prater, 40, of the 14700 block of Grape Creek Road, and Jeffrey Luhring, 57, of Metamora, Del. Prater was cited for failure to reduce speed.

Firefighters responded to the following calls:

Monday, 1:40-2:13 p.m. A brush fire at 701 Griggs St.

Monday, 5:53-6:09 p.m. A medical call in the first block of East Harrison Street.

Tuesday, 3:42-3:56 a.m. An alarm activation at 3650 Southgate Drive.

Tuesday, 4:59-5:22 a.m. An alarm activation at 201 N. Hazel St.
