Aggravated domestic battery in the 1400 block of Lape.

Domestic battery in the first block of Cronkhite; a man was arrested.

Forgery and theft in the 1700 block of North State, Westville; a woman was arrested.

Jan. 1, 10:29 p.m. — At Vine and Griffin involving Tyler West, 20, of the 2200 block of Oakwood Avenue. He was cited for driving too fast for conditions.

Jan. 1, 4:06 p.m. — In the 1400 block of East Fairchild Street involving Deantrae Luster, 24, of the 600 block of East Seminary. He was cited for improper lane usage.

Thursday, 12:30 p.m. — In the 800 block of East Main Street involving Kevin Barnhart, 46, of West Lebanon, Ind., and Jasmine Bryson, 24, of Danville. Barnhart was cited for improper backing.

Thursday, 4:20 p.m. — At Main and Walnut involving Tyler Applegate, 22, of the 200 block of Vincent Drive; Sarah Wells, 32, of Muncie; Scott Winn, 50, of Danville; and Michele Wilson, 57, of Danville. Applegate was cited for operating an uninsured vehicle and failure to yield while turning left.

Thursday, 10:26 p.m. — In the 1600 block of North Gilbert involving Lee Cooper, 51, of the 500 block of LeSeure. He was cited for operating an uninsured vehicle.

Friday, 8:46 a.m. — At Sunset Ridge and Crestview involving Timberly Hicks, 22, of the 1800 block of Perrysville Road. Hicks was cited for driving too fast for conditions.

Friday, 10:15 a.m. — At East Williams and Section streets involving Robert A. Davis Jr., 38, of Attica, Ind., and Erica Butler, 35, of Danville. Davis was cited for driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

Friday, 6:14 p.m. — At North State and Main Street, Westville, involving Kelsey Miller, 14, of Westville and Mary E. Johnson, 41, of Indianola. Miller was cited for not having a driver’s license and failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident.

Saturday, 5:20 p.m. — In the 800 block of North Griffin involving Vincent Williams, 36, of the 1300 block of East Main Street; Evan Prentice, 22, of the 1100 block of Franklin; Kelly Powell, 50, of Danville; and Barbara Telefree, 36, of Danville. Williams was cited for driving too fast for conditions and Prentice was cited for not having a valid driver’s license.

Saturday, 5:30 p.m. — At U.S. Route 150 and Batestown Road involving Charles Kirkpatrick, 71, of the 100 block of Pollock and Michael Verhoeven, 21, of Westville. Kirkpatrick was cited for failure to yield at an intersection.

Sunday, 6:09 a.m. — At U.S. Route 150 and Avenue G involving Mila Brown, 24, of the 600 block of Commercial. Brown was cited for operating an uninsured vehicle.

Sunday, 10:19 a.m. — At North Vermilion and English streets involving John L. Stuebe, 71, of the first block of Maplewood and Terry Wright, 63, of Westville. Stuebe was cited for operating an uninsured vehicle.
