Wednesday:

Possession of cannabis in the unit block of Illinois Street.

Thursday:

Danville female arrested in connection with retail theft at Dollar General, 100 N. Griffin St.

Danville female arrested in connection with domestic battery in the 1100 block of Sherman Street.

Burglary in the 500 block of Ann Street.

Theft in the 1100 block of Logan Avenue.

Urbana female arrested in connection with retail theft and obstructing justice at Wal-Mart, 4101 N. Vermilion St.

Forgery in the unit block of Maywood Drive.

Retail theft/disorderly conduct at Family Dollar, 2 E. Main St.

Theft of copper piping and wiring and gas stove and window damaged in the 200 block of Delaware Street.

Danville female arrested in connection with retail theft at Dollar General, 100 S. Griffin St.

Danville male arrested in connection with possession of cannabis at Robinson and Ann streets.

Danville male arrested in connection with domestic battery in the 100 block of South Buchanan Street.

Friday:

Male arrested in connection with domestic battery in the 400 block of Wayne Street.

Criminal damage in the 900 block of Lewis Lane.

Vermilion County

Wednesday:

Retail theft at Village Pantry, 502 N. Main St., Georgetown.

Accidents involving tickets or injuries include:

Monday, 11:57 a.m. — At Vermilion Street and Lake Shore Drive involving William A. Boswell Jr., 44, of Rossville, Tayla M. Van Ostrand, 18, of Armstrong, and Gilbert Saikley, 66, of Danville. Boswell was ticketed for failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident.

Tuesday, 6:16 a.m. — At Linden and Mayfield streets involving Blake M. Warren, 24, of Tilton, and Ashley L. English, 27, of Westville. Warren was ticketed for improper turn.

Tuesday, 4 p.m. — At Seminary and Griffin streets involving Marcus A. Hutton, 43, in the 100 block of Elmwood Avenue, and Kay S. Pundt, 66, of Danville. Hutton was ticketed for driving with a suspended or revoked license, failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident and operating an uninsured vehicle.
