— The following are among businesses and schools that will be closed Christmas Day and also some on different schedules.
Closed Wednesday, Thursday and Friday:
-- Danville Housing Authority.
Closing early Wednesday and closed Thursday:
-- Danville Bell Credit Union will close at 1 p.m. Wednesday.
-- TeePak Credit Union drive-up will be open from 7 a.m. to noon Wednesday.
-- Midwest America Federal Credit Union will close at noon Wednesday.
-- Danville Consolidated Credit Union drive-up will be open from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Wednesday.
-- United Community Bank will close at noon Wednesday.
-- First Midwest Bank/Danville will close at noon Wednesday.
-- First National Bank will close at noon Wednesday.
-- Old National Bank will close at noon Wednesday.
-- First Savings Bank will close at noon Wednesday.
-- Central Illinois Bank will close at noon Wednesday.
-- Iroquois Savings & Loan will close at noon Wednesday.
-- First Illinois Credit Union will close at noon Wednesday.

School closings
-- Danville School District 118 and Vermilion County schools are on winter break. Classes will resume Jan. 5.
-- Western Indiana schools are on Christmas break. Classes will resume Jan. 5, except for North Vermillion schools will resume Jan. 6.
-- Danville Area Community College offices will close at noon Wednesday and reopen Jan. 5. Classes begin Jan. 12.
Park holiday hours
-- Kennekuk Visitor Center and Forest Glen Staff Office will be closed Dec. 24-25 and Dec. 31-Jan. 4. Forest Glen Staff Office also will be closed Dec. 22-Jan. 4 and Kennekuk Visitor Center will have limited hours during the weeks of Dec. 22-30. Phone ahead for hours of operation.
