Danville

Tuesday:

Residential burglary in the 1400 block of East Fairchild Street.

Wednesday:

Battery in the 1900 block of North Bowman Avenue.

Battery in the 1200 block of Garden Drive.

Domestic battery at Main and National streets.

Criminal damage to an automobile in the unit block of Ohio Street.

Thursday:

Theft of $40 from a person at Currency Exchange, 616 N. Vermilion St.

Theft of a back pack and its contents in the 700 block of North Logan Avenue.

Theft of a tail gate from a truck in the 1000 block of East Main Street.

Burglary to an automobile in the 900 block of Norman Street.

Male arrested in connection with criminal damage to property in the 200 block of Wisconsin Street.

Male arrested in connection with burglary in the 700 block of North Logan Avenue.

Lamp and car stereo reported taken from a residence in the 2300 block of Bowman Avenue.

Domestic battery reported in the unit block of Pine Street.

Battery in the 400 block of East 14th Street.

Today:

Robbery/battery at Henderson and Alpha Drive.

Stolen vehicle in the 1700 block of East Fairchild Street.

Male arrested for domestic battery in the 100 block of South Michigan Avenue.

Burglary to vehicle in the 1800 block of Perrysville Road.

Vermilion County

Sunday:

Theft of cell phone in the 600 block of South Oakwood Street in Oakwood.

Thursday:

Criminal damage to property on Route 1 in Ridge Farm.

Dent in a vehicle in the 300 block of Mill Street in Georgetown.

Residential burglary in the 500 block of East Elmwood Street in Ridge Farm.

Burglary/theft on 3300 North Road in Potomac.

Two males arrested for battery in the 1100 block of Gutherie in Rankin.

Accidents involving injuries or tickets include:

Wednesday, 4:30 p.m. — In the 1200 block of Martin Street involving Allison I. Neumann, 25, of the 200 block of East Roselawn Street, and pedestrian Kya M.L. McQueen, 3, of Danville. McQueen was treated at Provena United Samaritans Medical Center and released. Neumann was ticketed for operating a vehicle with expired registration plates or sticker.

Thursday, 2:47-2:49 p.m. — Smell of smoke investigation in the 100 block of West Harrison Street.

Thursday, 3:40-4:01 p.m. — EMS call in the unit block of South Street.

Thursday, 4:34-4:46 p.m. — Illegal burning in the 900 block of Hillside Drive.

Thursday, 5:02-5:11 p.m. — EMS call in the unit block of Blue Star Highway.

Thursday, 5:34-5:36 p.m. — False alarm in the unit block of West Liberty Lane.

Thursday, 7:26-7:36 p.m. — Legal recreational fire in the 1200 block of Chandler Street.

Thursday, 9:35-9:36 p.m. — False alarm in the 200 block of East Fairchild Street.

Today, 3:42-3:50 a.m. — EMS call in the 200 block of Robinson Street.

Today, 6:26-6:43 a.m. — Lift assist in the 3500 block of North Vermilion Street.
