Danville

Sunday:

Property damage in the 600 block of Kimball Street.

Battery in the first block of West Bluff Street.

Possession of cannabis in the 100 block of South State Street.

Sexual assault in the 100 block of East Madison Street.

Burglary in the first block of South Crawford Street.

Burglary and retail theft at Wal-Mart Supercenter, 4101 N. Vermilion St.

Bicycle stolen in the 1400 block of North Bowman Avenue.

$45 in gasoline stolen at Mobil Super Pantry, 1212 N. Bowman Ave.

Disorderly conduct in the 200 block of East Fairchild Street.

A woman arrested for criminal damage to property, theft and disorderly conduct in the 300 block of Eastgate Drive.

Attempted residential burglary in the 1000 block of East Williams Street.

Disorderly conduct in the first block of Arlington Drive.

Vermilion County

Sunday:

Battery along County Road 1200N, Westville.

Accidents involving tickets or injuries include:

Sunday, 2:06 p.m. – At North Vermilion Street and Liberty Lane involving Mary Meyers, 68, of the 22100 block of Henning Road, and Darrell Carpenter, 59, of Danville. Meyers was cited for failure to yield.

Firefighters responded to the following calls:

Sunday, 4:22-4:35 p.m. — A medical call in the first block of Bismark Street.

Sunday, 8:10-8:15 p.m. — A medical call in the 1200 block of Chandler Street.

Sunday, 8:45-8:54 p.m. — A medical call in the 1900 block of North Bowman Avenue.

Sunday, 11:01-11:15 p.m. — A carbon monoxide check at 208 S. Bowman Ave.

Monday, 2:31-2:40 a.m. — A carbon monoxide investigation at 814 South St.

Monday, 5:58-6:11 a.m. — An accident with minor injuries at Bowman Avenue and Voorhees Street.
