9 seek Vermilion fair queen title

DANVILLE —
Nine candidates are seeking this year’s Vermilion County Fair queen title. The pageant will be at 7 p.m. Tuesday at the grandstand.
Candidates are:
-- Janessa Blincoe, 19, Hoopeston, daughter of Diana Blincoe, will be a sophomore at Danville Area Community College.
-- Brittani Brandon, 17, Danville, daughter of Keith and Tricia Peoples, will be a freshman at Danville Area Community Col-lege
-- Emily Lerner, 17, Danville, daughter of Joseph Lerner and Cindy Bean, will be a senior at Danville High School.
-- Lauren Potter, 19, Alvin, daughter of Clark and Jacquie Potter, will be a sophomore at Western Illinois University.
-- Rikee Ricketts, 18, Hoopeston, daughter of Rick Ricketts and Tonia Matthews, will be a freshman at Danville Area Community College
-- Heather Siddens, 18, Danville, daughter of John Siddens and Bobbette Siddens, will be a sophomore at Danville Area Community College.
-- Sunny Strader, 16, Danville, daughter of Tom & Kelly Strader, will be a junior at Danville High School.
-- Jeridith Ann Wallace, 18, Danville, daughter of Petro and Jillian Poulos, will be a freshman at Hofstra University.
-- Flyn Williams, 17, Danville, daughter of Greg and Marsha Williams, will be a senior at Danville High School.
