“Now that the fundraiser is over, we look forward to receiving grants from community groups,” Lynn Wolgamot, KVCB executive director, stated. “Everyone is a big winner in this fundraiser because the villages, cities and townships will be flooded with flowers and plants if community groups apply.”
This is the third year KVCB is offering grants, and 47-plus groups all over the county have participated in the past, including groups in Danville, Hoopeston, Potomac, Bismarck, Sidell, Ridge Farm, Westville, Love Township, Georgetown Township and Elwood Township.
KVCB is proud to help community groups in their efforts to beautify the county.
