Uniforms won't cure problems

---- — Uniforms won’t cure problems

I refuse to send my children to Danville or any school that requires uniforms. Last time I checked this was a free country without control over everything we do. This is almost unconstitutional.

Some parents can’t afford school uniforms for their children. What are we supposed to do?

Besides the fact it’s not going to “cut the crime rate” because the kids who are already in gangs know who their fellow gang members are with or without the uniform and the bullying will not stop just because you wear the same clothing. For instance, one person can go to a name brand store while the other child has the same clothes from a retail place and in turn will still be bullied. Besides they can find so many other reasons to be bullied.
