Investigate gas prices

Commercial-News

GEORGETOWN — Editor:

I am concerned at why gas prices in Vermilion County are always 20 cents higher than in surrounding counties.

Back in May 2011, Bill Black was supposed to have started looking into this. That has been a year in a half ago. What has been done because the citizens of this county are still paying that much extra for their gas?

I would like to know what is going on and why Vermilion County residents seem to be getting gouged for their gas prices?

Is Mr. Black doing anything at all or was he just a bunch of hot air? If he’s not going to look into this problem, then maybe all the citizens of this county need to start contacting the Attorney General and ask her look into it for us. I know I’m going to contact her.
