She also received in-service training and continuing education in Sexual Assault Training 40 hours; new directors training ICASA; Sexual Assault Nurse Examiners Training; attended the End Violence Against Women Conference and National Sexual Assault Conference; received financial training for non-profit managers; and other training in seminars and webinars relating to her career.
Sheridan has experience in writing grants, managing large budgets, community relationships, fundraising and seeking new funding sources.
Married to Brad Sheridan, the couple has two children, Payton, 13, and Micah, 10, and lives between Hoopeston and Milford. She looks forward to working with children, adults and seniors through the Multi-Agency and area organizations.
Flint, director of the Multi-Agency twice for a total of nine years, will remain at the Multi-Agency during a transition period until Feb. 8, and then he will take a position on the Multi-Agency board. He plans to take a vacation in March and golf this summer, but hinted that total retirement was not part of his vocabulary.
