Mr. and Mrs. Raymond Thompson

— Mr. and Mrs. Raymond Thompson of Georgetown will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary with an open house from 2-4 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 2, 2008, at the Nazarene Church Fellowship Hall in Georgetown. The event is being hosted by their children.
Raymond Thompson and Shirley Larsen were married Feb. 2, 1958, at the First Church of Christ in Danville. The Rev. Ira Adams officiated.
Mr. Thompson is retired from General Motors, and Mrs. Thompson is a homemaker.
They have four children, Rayna (Van) Stevenson, Dale Thompson, Brian (Violet Crippen) Thompson, and Janet (George) Sprouls. The also have 14 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
